The agenda items and meeting documents only become visible when you 'publish' the meeting. During the creation of a meeting you can choose to send the meeting request immediately, or you can do this at a later time. This is desirable if you may have doubts about the date on which the meeting will actually take place. In other words: creating a meeting is done in three steps:
- creating the meeting.
- planning of the meeting.
- publishing the meeting.
