A step-by-step guide to install Easy2Meet

Step 1 - Create a SharePoint site

Create a SharePoint site (or use an existing one). Easy2Meet will be installed on your own Office 365 environment, so you have full control over your data.

Step 2 - Add the right members to the site
Make members of the secretariat a member of the Easy2Meet SharePoint site.
Step 3 - Start the installation

Go to and choose a new Board meeting environment. The installation is done in the background on your own Office 365 environment.

Step 4 - Start using Easy2Meet
