How do I generate a meeting bundle?

In the Indeqa organizer you can create a meeting bundle where are files are added together. You are able to do this by clicking the 'generate meeting bundle' tab.

In the  Indeqa organizer you can create a meeting bundle where are files are added together. This feature has been requested by a lot of our customers. In this meeting bundle all of the meeting documents will be generated into one document.

Create a meeting bundle

You are able to create the meeting bundle by following the next steps ( from the organizer)

1. First, click on the ‘agenda’ of the meeting:

  2. In the pop-up screen in the agenda, 4 options are displayed. Choose the ‘generate meeting bundle’ tab.

When this has been clicked, indeqa has created a bundle of all documents from the meeting. The bundle can also be accessed in the participants app. To open the meeting bundle we will refer you to our other knowledge base article.

Edit meeting bundle

Will you add more documents to the meeting? No worries, you are able to edit the meeting bundle easily. Go to ‘agenda’-> Meeting bundle and klick on ‘edit’.
