Will I always have the latest version of my meeting documents available?

All documents are copied and converted to PDF. As a result, the document becomes an official meeting document, on which decision-making takes place.

Because the source file of a meeting document changes over time, you do not want the meeting document to change automatically. This is due to the fact that participants have made annotations on the document and that decision-making may have taken place on it.

All documents are stored in your organisation's SharePoint environment. The source file of your meeting document remains unchanged at the SharePoint location. If you wish to modify the content of the document, you can do so in the source file. You can then add the new version of the document to the meeting. The old versions will be retained for version control purposes.
